Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SMC Salud website (smcsaludglobal.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website. By submitting a medical inquiry or consultation request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Medical Information Disclaimer
The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website.
The medical content on this website, including treatment descriptions, disease information, and patient guides, has been reviewed by qualified medical professionals. However, individual medical cases vary, and treatment eligibility can only be determined through a comprehensive medical review of your specific condition, medical history, and diagnostic results.
Cuba's medical treatments — including NeuroEPO/NeuralCIM®, CIMAvax-EGF, Vaxira, Heberprot-P, Melagenin Plus, Coriodermina, and Piloactive — are administered under strict medical protocols in accredited Cuban facilities. Treatment outcomes vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed for any patient.
Treatment Eligibility & Medical Review
Not all treatments are appropriate for all patients. Eligibility for any treatment program in Cuba is determined solely by the Cuban medical team after a comprehensive review of your medical records, diagnostic imaging, pathology reports, treatment history, and overall health status.
Submitting an inquiry or consultation request does not guarantee treatment eligibility. The medical team reserves the right to decline treatment if the patient is not a suitable candidate for the requested program.
Patients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical information. Withholding or misrepresenting medical history, current medications, or diagnostic results may result in treatment refusal or adverse outcomes. SMC Salud is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by the patient.
Payments & Refunds
Treatment programs in Cuba are personalized and priced individually following medical review. Cost estimates provided in treatment proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Payment methods:
• International bank transfers in Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or Canadian Dollars (CAD). USD transfers are not accepted.
• Secure online payment gateway accepting Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.
• Cash payments are not accepted.
Deposits are required to secure treatment schedules. Refund policies are detailed in the individual treatment proposal and vary by program. Generally:
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date may receive a full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may be subject to partial forfeiture of deposit
• Once treatment has commenced, refunds are not available for partially completed programs
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@smcsalud.org.
